The candidate can work and live in Australia pending the determination of the Permanent Partner Visa (sub-801) application. The application will be entitled to;
- Studying in Australia (without access to government funding).
- The government-funded healthcare – (Medicare).
- The inclusion of dependent children (only those based in Australia).
