Parent visa allows parents to relocate to Australia if they have more children in Australia than in their country of origin. The child (applicant) will be an Australian citizen and the parents will automatically become permanent residents.
However, the condition is for the child or another eligible Australian to be the visa sponsor. The parent needs to have more children who are either Australian citizens, permanent residents or New Zealand citizens residing in Australia more than any other country.
